Covering daily important tasks with a friendly aid

I had heard that when people work on things in highschool, College, University, research, or working on the computer possibly writing things a music playlist was used sometimes to steady the situation of working on your studies or work in general. I didn't think personally I could focus on things with music if it was something that had a lot of lyrics or excitement in it. What I did bump into though was music or playlists geared towards work, studies, or research. There were different ones but the one I tried was a live set up of an online radio station that played a smooth kind of hip hop. It was mixed with a light jazz sound too. I had set up the computer to have music on it which was on a desk. I then pulled out my notes. Normally the task would require a lot of self-dicapline and focus. I started the smooth jazz mixed with hip hop playlist and I began writing my notes from research. The music was so calming while I was doing the consistent task of writing. I noticed my focus might not have been amplified but I definately noticed what came naturally to my understanding of what I was writing and taking notes about just began to flow. I normally could produce a short 30 min work session on my research and writing notes but time was beginning to pass with ease. I reached an hour of note taking and realized I had surprisingly left the stress of working on my note taking as well. I didn't feel occupied by the work and was much more clear minded in the end.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

After university, for a medical course studying the nervous system, I ended up being bedridden in a manageable but life-changing hospital situation. I found myself needing to leave my busy life and appreciate taking time out to do the things I love like reading and writing. I learned to appreciate these things and came across the situation where I would love to blog about the small things that can make your day that much brighter especially when you take the time out for them.
