Having a cozy embrace that brings in the morning

I had tried a type of coffee years ago when I was at a friend's home that I remembered was a delightful experience, it was called espresso. I had actually heard that espresso was made at cafes with a large espresso machine but I learned that it could be made from home in a mocha pot. I had done a little research to find out the price of the mocha pot to have my very own and I had looked into everything I needed to make one. I knew the mocha pot made light esspresso unlike the full espresso at the cafes with the espresso machines but I remebered it tasting great. I had purched a 2 cup holding mocha pot online for $30.00. I had also picked up coffee beans from the grocery store for $10.00. I had a coffee bean grounder which goes for $20.00. I woke up at 6:00 am and went to the kitchen around 7:00 am. When I was in the kitchen I pulled out the coffee beans and placed a tablespoon and a half in the coffee grinder I then ground up the coffee beans. After that, I placed the coffee grounds in the filter that was with the mocha pot and placed the mocha pot on the stove. The coffee came out of the spot at the top and filled the mocha pot within about 5 to 10 min. I then poured the two-cup portion into a mug and placed in the sugar and oat milk. Once I tasted the coffee I noticed it wasn't a jolt of energy like instant or even your average coffee shop. It was still a very fast reaction to caffeine but it wasn't harsh. The flavour of the beans had a dash of chocolate in it and it was a very sophitaticate taste. The coffee did have a high point in how it woke up but I didn't feel a very busy feeling afterwards like I do at Coffee shops when I drink coffee. Coffee shops are great when you need to get moving but the light espresso was more like I could focus on complex tasts and peacefully enjoy them. I can say I enjoyed making my own espresso and came to a realization in the home that it was possible on my own and was also very pleasant. I was very inspired to get things done but take the time out to enjoy the day.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

After university, for a medical course studying the nervous system, I ended up being bedridden in a manageable but life-changing hospital situation. I found myself needing to leave my busy life and appreciate taking time out to do the things I love like reading and writing. I learned to appreciate these things and came across the situation where I would love to blog about the small things that can make your day that much brighter especially when you take the time out for them.
