Traveling to a peaceful quiet place to enjoy productivity and progress in things that need to be worked on

I was thinking that the library is a great way to use resources like a photocopier or a printer, but I remembered that it's a great place to bring your own list of things you could be working on and propogate yourself to sit down and try to achieve it. I considered taking some things to work on. Nothing like a difficult college course but just some thing I needed to work out on my laptop. I brought a bag with me to hold my laptop and a coffee from the coffee shop. When I walked into the library there were some tables by the side of the book shelves for quiet work. I noticed that unlike the normal situations of working on a laptop in a home, the silence and peaceful working nature of people was a great relief to get work done. It was so peaceful that I had much more time to stay focused and productive without the weight of dealing with a busy place like, let's say, the living room or common area of a house. I took a sip of my coffee as I had found out that most libraries may not allow hot foods but a drink is allowed. It was very relaxing to continue some work that I was actually having a hard time getting done. Since I could focus more the work went by much more quickly. I had finished my coffee after about 15 to 20 min and my work ended as a really productive session. I was familiar with placing comfort and satisfaction with my work when I was at the house but it was really refreshing to be at a quiet place to get my work done.

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

After university, for a medical course studying the nervous system, I ended up being bedridden in a manageable but life-changing hospital situation. I found myself needing to leave my busy life and appreciate taking time out to do the things I love like reading and writing. I learned to appreciate these things and came across the situation where I would love to blog about the small things that can make your day that much brighter especially when you take the time out for them.
